  • Step 1 : Preheat oven to 35
  • Step 2 : Mix 1 cup sugar and butter together in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Step 3 : Add in eggs.
  • Step 4 : Add in 1 tbsp of the lemon water, mix well.
  • Step 5 : Add milk, mix well.
  • Step 6 : Add in salt, flour, and baking powder, mix well.
  • Step 7 : Pour into a round 8" baking pan.
  • Step 8 : Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until you get a clean toothpick from the center.Allow to cool slightly.
  • Step 9 : Mix cup lemon water and cup sugar.
  • Step 10 : Drizzle over the top of the cake, and then sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
